Applied then send me a virtual interview operated by HireVue. Asked me basic behavior questions. Didn't cared I didn't had any past retail experience. There were 6 questions with the last one asking if I could work at any time at any day.

They do a video interview through Hive. You are asked about 7 questions and have plenty of time in between to answer. You are able to view your answers prior to submitting which is nice.
