      Contracted Role Interview

      Aug 24, 2011
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Target in Jul 2011

      Interview

I"d interviewed previously and had completed a personality, math, and language screening so I am not sure if it was required for a contracted role. If so You will have to take these assessments. The practice tests do not prepare you for the exams so try them once and move on. The interview as a contractor was much less intensive than that for a full-time team member role. It was straight forward...how would your handle, give me an example of, etc. Overall it was fairly easy and the thing they seemed most concerned with was the social and cultural fit. Target has a very young, progressive, and friendly culture or so it seems I was definitely disappointed when I did not receive an offer.
