Met them at the career fair at my school then was invited to first round interviews after submitting an application on the university career center. There was a meet and greet the day before the interviews so we could get a better chance to get to know our interviewers better.

STAR type questions, behavioral, and excel base. It was an easy process overall, They low ball your salary for the FADP. Keep interviewing at other companies, so you can negotiate your salary.
Interview on Campus through university. They invited me on the campus and I interviewed with their hiring manager and applied online. A few weeks later they called me and gave me the offer.
