I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Sacramento, CA) in Mar 2012
Interview
I found Target at a career fair. They did an on the sport, situational interview and then from there set me up for another interview in the store. This was with a store manager and HR manager from a different area. From there I was sent to my next interview with the District Team Leader and another person of that level. This interview was only 30 mins.

All and all is relevant of the P&G question in leadership
There were 3 stages - First aptitude test, then technical interview and later HR Interview. The interview was super cool. The interviewers were so friendly and helped me solve problems a lot
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Target in Mar 2020
Interview
The interview process was extremely rigid and super formal. All the questions were clearly from a list and seemed somewhat irrelevant for the position I applied for. The interviewer never changed her tone or tried to be friendly, and just seemed hostile the entire time.
