The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Target in Mar 2012

      Interview

Campus recruiting started with very personable interviewers. Then moved on to district manager, again very nice. Both had 5 STAR analysis questions What threw me off was the final phone interview. Phone interviews are awkward enough as it is, but this man was very quiet and didn't promote much conversation/thorough answers and cut me off saying "cool." Also, the confirmation email said to prepare for this interview with the same type of situation questions as in the previous two, except the actual interview was very different.

      Question 1

Who is the hardest person in your life to motivate?

      Interview

Pretty standard interview with the actual HR leader at the store, along with the store manager. After that the regional director calls you on the phone and you do some more personal questions. Really friendly, tough to get into, but it felt like they actually want to know the candidates.
