It was quick, got an email after applying and set up an interview. Asked me if i would be willing to work full time i declined because of school. Continued talking about different positions id be willing to take up to fit my schedule.

Asked in depth questions pertaining to experience and conflict resolution. Felt very engaged and connected. Did feel a little nervous but that is more personal than professional. Would recommended going in person versus the online video interview.

They called for phone screening without scheduling in advance. I felt like I was obligated to talk on the spot not to ruin my chances. Awkward interaction. Wouldn’t recommend. Would prefer to schedule in advanced.

The interview process at Target was very basic process. I was not asked many questions and hired on the spot. Made the hiring process very easy. They did not ask many questions at all.
