I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target in Aug 2012
Interview
Went into the store an applied on the computers set up by guest services. About four days later I received a call setting up an interview at the end of the week. I arrived ten minutes early and and was escorted to the break room. After waiting for about 15 minutes I was called back to the office. After the interview I was told to wait in the break room for the manager, with whom I would have another interview. After the second interview I was sent to HR for drug test paperwork
