I interviewed at corporate HQ with 3 people - I started with the most senior position who had ~10 years of career growth beyond this position, second was in the position of my boss, and third was a tour and chat with someone currently in the role.

Tell us about a time you solved a complex problem.
Requires one to think deeply about forecasting, allocation and replenishment. Questions can vary starting from current experience, supply chain and Inventory Management concepts etc. Good to have 3-4 years of exp
Phone screen initially with an HR recruiter and then a second interview with an Inventory manager that had a set of four questions that were all "tell me about a time".

Asked specifically about time when I was able to use data to solve a problem. They are looking for very specific format of how you respond, the STAR method.
It was good very smooth as I had in campus process. The interviewer was very much experienced and patient with all of us. Overall a good experience. They conducted 3 rounds of interview in total after aptitude.
