There was a mass hiring event with over a hundred candidates.. The interviewer asked behavioral questions. I was also asked about my customer service background, warehouse skills, and transferable skills I possessed. I was given a drug test and a job offer on the spot.

Got a call quickly, group interviews, long wait for start date due to the conversion of the location from an import warehouse to an upstream distribution center, needed to be more informative of processes for scheduling for team members with secondary jobs.
