I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Target (Streamwood, IL) in May 2019
Interview
Filled out application in store on computer. They called back to schedule an initial interview and meeting, Went in for interview. Met with Front Line Team Lead, was asked some generic questions. Was asked to sit down so she could review with HR to see if they wanted to meet with me right away for second interview. Got second interview, was asked to wait while creating a job proposal to give to me so I could talk to HR. HR had all paperwork typed up and I was set up for orientation and a start date that very first interview day.
Super easy it consists of a couple of questions and you record yourself answering them. So I would say it was pretty easy I would recommend it. I would also say that they tend to respond very quick to applications but I guess it depends when they are short staff

It’s an online interview with a set of easy questions and it’s straight forward and easy to answer and doesn’t take too long maybe like 20 minutes and you hear back fast
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Target
Interview
The whole process was automated by the system. I got the interview invitation (recording interview) by automatic message. And after a while I received the offer by phone call. (no offer mail by written format)
I inquired about the other branch transferring system, and I got rejected because of my inquiry.
