      Supply Chain Executive-In-Training Interview

      Oct 28, 2009
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target in Oct 2009

      Interview

I was first contacted that the recruiter wanted to schedule an phone interview with me. I received an email a few days prior to the interview with general information, how to prepare for the interview, etc. During the interview itself, the recruiter first asked me some basic questions (GPA, willingness to relocate, etc). I then had about 5-6 behavioral based interview questions. The recruiter asked a lot of follow-up questions to my initial answers, so I would be prepared for that. At the end of the interview I was able to ask any additional questions I had and was told what the next steps in the process were.
