      Assets Protection Business Partner Interview

      Aug 9, 2020
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Brooklyn Park, MN
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Target (Brooklyn Park, MN) in Jan 2019

      Interview

Everything with interviewing at Target is Situation, Behavior, Outcome. As a certified interviewer for Target myself, I was aware of this going in. This style of interviewing makes for a somewhat stuffy and predictable interaction that doesn't do a lot to differentiate candidates.

      Interview questions [2]

      Question 1

Tell me about a time you were dissatisfied with your work. What could have been done to make it better?
      Answer question

      Question 2

Tell me about a time when you worked under close supervision or extremely loose supervision. How did you handle that?
