Interview
First interview was via telephone. I was then invited into to attend "Talent Day" where I was interviewed for a few different positions, though this was not clear at the time and resulted in me not being able to ask specific questions that would have provided a better understanding of the position I would eventually be offered.

I can't remember specific questions, but the process is challenging. Interviewees are expected to answer each questions by describing the situation (S), describing their behavior (B) to the situation, and ultimately discussing the outcome (O). Remember - SBO.
