Interview
This position required an online interview with pre-recorded questions. You had 3 chances to record yourself answering the questions and after a third try it was immediately sent in. After this, they offered the job and no further interviews were necessary

Why do you want to work at Target? Tell us about a time where you had problems working with a team member and what did you do to resolve this? What are 3 strengths that you have that might be beneficial as a style advisor? A few situational questions such as: how would you help a customer that's looking for a wedding outfit?
Virtual interview with 5 questions, you record and submit. You can pause and redo an individual response up to 3 times. The in-person interview they called me in for repeated the exact same questions.
They use STARR method for questions. Be prepared to have a lot of examples of past work experience or real life experience. It’s a customer facing role so be prepared to answer questions in ways that reflect you being of service to customers.

The interview process was quick and easy. It was a virtual interview with basic interview questions and several attempts on each one. After that a phone call to review the job standards, confirm department and availability.
