Met them on campus at a job fair and had a quick initial conversation. Scheduled an on campus interview which went pretty well. All behavioral questions. Second interview at a Target location with more of the same behavioral questions.

Interview
The process was easy, but the interview questions were tricky. Most of the questions were behavioral questions that were outside of the typical interview questions you would hear. Some of the questions didn’t correlate with a management trainee type position.
