I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target in Mar 2014
Interview
Very redundant process. Got an initial phone call where the interviewer wanted to set up an interview. Had the initial phone interview a few days later. After successfully going through this stage, I got to speak to the district manager via another phone interview. About a week or so later, another individual contacted me and asked me to do the first stage of the interview again because apparently the initial interviewer didn't work there anymore (which I found extremely weird).
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Target (East Lansing, MI) in Oct 2024
Interview
It was a very quick process. There was a phone call and emails prior to the interview, followed by more communication shortly after. It was a smooth and quick process. I really enjoyed it.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked about previous leadership experience that I had.
easy - very conversational, one round and discussions with interviewer and recruiter, which was nice and felt at ease during the whole process; did a lot of research ahead of time

Interview
First I met with someone at a career fair and gave them my resume. It was awhile before I heard anything, but then I got an email to select and interview time with a store director. Shortly after that I got scheduled on a phone call with my recruiter and was extended an offer.
