Interview
The process was simple. He asked me the basic questions like tell me about yourself, why do you want to work at Target and how long you plan on working here.
Simple and easy process. It was a video interview. You just have to record yourself answering the questions. You get to answer each question up to 3 times. Final question is multiple choice.
Asked basic interview questions that you'd typically see in any other job interview. Some behavioral questions so be prepared for that. Recommend the STAR method for those types of questions.
Very quick, but need to apply in peak hiring season. Otherwise the best way to get the job would be through a referal or by striking up a conversation with leadership.
