Interview
i applied through my university's recruiting website, and was contacted within 12 hours by the recruiter. we set up a phone interview and i took an online personality survey. the interview took 30 minutes over the phone and was mainly me answering questions about my current work experience and resume qualifications. it wasn't as informative as i had hoped, in that the recruiter had no experience with the job herself.
