Two people interviewed me. The first one I would find out later, was the worst person in the HR department and she got fired shortly after I was hired. The second person paid little attention to what I was saying during the interview. She was working on the computer and talking to employees during the interview.

I submitted my resume online and got a call to come for an interview the next day. I had two rounds of interview. They were pretty nice people, they talked about themselves and target canada before diving into the interview questions

Tell me about your strength and weaknesses? If you saw a customer looking lost what would you do?

Interview
First I was called and asked to set up a phone interview. On the phone interview they asked the same questions as the face-to-face interview. The interview was pretty short, my enterviewer noticed what school I went to and we bonded over that and I was hired on the spot.
