I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Target (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2022
Interview
Typical behavioral questions. A recruiter phone call and afterwards, they'll set you up with someone who works in that position or a senior HR manager. My interviewer was very kind and friendly which helped ease my anxiety.
