Phone screen then situational interview questions with 4 people. Not a lot of opportunity to ask about questions about the company or job. Job offer was very quick after that.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target (Bengaluru)
Interview
It was 45 minutes each, with 2 rounds with mainly domain related questions and 15 minutes at the end for behavioural questions.
The first interviewer was kind and polite, second interviewer was juggling home duties along with the interview and was very to the point.

Steps included: - An HR representative did an initial cursory screening (I had been referred by a current employee) - HR rep called back a few days later, described the upcoming interview schedule, and then sent email and calendar appointments with the relevant links. - Interview ran smoothly. People were on time, friendly, professional
