I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target (Clark, NJ) in Sep 2020
Interview
It was informal. There were a few questions that twisted me up a little and I was not prepared for. One was "Give me a good example of superior customer service." Luckily, I had been in an airport restaurant for breakfast lately and there was a young woman who was handling the entire breakfast rush by herself and doing a really good job at it. The service was quick, she was friendly, and a smile never left her face. So I used that as my example.

Hirevue was used, and it was very easy and straight to the point. Took them a little over a week to respond by email. It seems they are taking interviews, aren't hiring anyone, and keeping the job posting up.

Mundane and quick, especially if you’re not trying to be flamboyant. 15 minute interview and they won’t let you know you didn’t get the job. Keep reapplying, staff area was clean.
