I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Target (North Indianapolis, IN)
Interview
While shopping at a neighboring Target one day, I saw a hiring event occurring in their lobby area. They offered on the spot interviews for interested parties. They made initiating the process very easy and painless. They offered several of us call-backs for followup interviews with managers who negotiated our wages and working hours. The process seemed very efficient for them.
