I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target in Jul 2023
Interview
Virtual interview after applying online. Around 5 situation based questions were asked. Questions were regarding topics such as diversity, how to handle conflict or issues, and past work experiences. I was given a few chances to record my answer for each question, and a couple minutes to think of an answer before recording. All questions were formatted in a way that asks you to describe a situation, your actions, and the outcome.

Question 1
Q: How do you work with people that have different perspectives than you? Q: How do you adjust when a situation doesn’t turn out as you expect? Q: Describe how you worked with another person to achieve a goal.
Super easy it consists of a couple of questions and you record yourself answering them. So I would say it was pretty easy I would recommend it. I would also say that they tend to respond very quick to applications but I guess it depends when they are short staff

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Target
Interview
The whole process was automated by the system. I got the interview invitation (recording interview) by automatic message. And after a while I received the offer by phone call. (no offer mail by written format)
I inquired about the other branch transferring system, and I got rejected because of my inquiry.
