I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Minneapolis, MN) in Oct 2015
Interview
I found the position through on campus recruiting. It was a very conversational interview and they asked mostly behavioral questions. Talked about my resume for the majority of the interview. Didn't receive any technical questions. The people I was in contact with were very nice and followed up fairly quickly. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I interviewed with a company I met at a recent career fair. They stood out to me not only because of the role they were offering, but also because of how friendly and approachable the team was. I have prior experience in retail leadership, which aligned well with the position, and our conversation made it clear that they value those types of hands-on, team-oriented skills. The interaction left me with a strong impression that this would be a great group of people to work with.
