Job Fair -> 1 on 1 with a Senior level manager -> Super day (Panel interview, 2x 1 on 1 interviews, group tours)
Overall, target is a very exciting place for a potential employee to visit. The culture is friendly and welcoming. Managers and VP's are "cool" enough to take the time to meet with you too!

Very smooth interview process that gives you a look into what day to day life would be like at Target. Recruiters are very knowledgeable and want you to succeed. Questions were not anything out of the ordinary.

STAR type questions, behavioral, and excel base. It was an easy process overall, They low ball your salary for the FADP. Keep interviewing at other companies, so you can negotiate your salary.
Interview on Campus through university. They invited me on the campus and I interviewed with their hiring manager and applied online. A few weeks later they called me and gave me the offer.
