The interviews were all behavioral questions with real examples requested. It started with a phone interview, then another phone interview and then 2 interviews in house with a senior manager and a director.

Starts with a phone screen. Then onro three interviews. One with the hiring manager another with the group manager and finally the regional Manager. There are Human Resources leaders in the last two interviews.
