I just had 1 round with a person who's been in Target and same role of Senior Manager for more than 15+ years. Questions were around the job description and general team management. However, the interviewer seemed disinterested during entire interview and was hardly listening to what I was saying. Further, as the interviewer was non technical and out of touch with current market trends, he wasn't really able to understand some of the nuances I was talking about. It was disappointing to be interviewed by an incompetent and out of touch person.
