      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target in Nov 2015

      Interview

It started with a phone interview and then a second phone interview and the third was on location at a local store. I felt that things were going well and at the last interview I was given a business card and told I could come and shadow anytime to see if this was something I really wanted to do. I then received an email telling me I wasn't being offered the position.

      Application

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Target (Jacksonville, FL) in Sep 2015

      Interview

Very Behavioral based, just question after question for like 30 minutes, boring and repetitive. The interviewer did not seem to understand that I am a sophomore and a lot of my answers for these very specific questions would be hypothetical. I felt I was being evaluated only on my past experience and not my potential or personality.

      Application

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target in Sep 2011

      Interview

I went through 3 interviews. The questions were of the "name a time when a problem occurred, and how did you fix it" variety. The first two interviewers were pleasant and took time to answer my questions, but the last interview I had at the regional office was miserable. The guy seemed very uninterested in any questions I had for him, and came to the interview almost an hour late. I realize that this stress can sometimes be used as an interview tactic, but he came off as plain rude. I never received an offer (or an outright rejection even after I called for a follow up), but after that last interview I didn't really want to work for Target anyway.

      Question 1

Name a time when you were working in a group and you had a problem with a specific member. What steps did you take to solve the problem?
