Target Safety Services interview questions

Applied online, received a phone interview months later. Tentative offer provided, subject to drug tests and skills evaluation. Passed those easily. Interviewer was surprised at my skill and experience level, which puzzled me since everything was included in my application. Appeared to be significant disconnect between various departments within the company regarding information passage.
