Target Solutions (Trinidad) interview questions

You had to submit a 3 min video of why you are awesome for the role. Once successful the first interview was via zoom. The questions were impractical or didn't have anything to do with the role. The interviewers also weren't very warm and non-reactive. The second interview was at the office with a panel of five (5). Panel questions were a little more practical with more interpersonal questions.

The 1st interview was via zoom.The 2nd interview was weird,long and uncomfortable with more than one applicant in a group interview.It took about 3 hours and at the end each applicant had to complete a 30min aptitude test.The final interview was with 2 directors, that basically said you have to work like hell to make target and sell everything.I am really not sure why I came to the 3rd interview as I already decided in the 2nd that I was not going to work for a company that interviews like this.
