NQT score was the basis for interview shortlisting. Then, three rounds of interview were conducted by a three member panel to check the technical and interpersonal skills. They were quite helpful at times as well, during the entire process.

They would also ask some basic implementation on what your work was done and how did you implement that
There was only one interview round that combined technical, managerial, and HR discussions. The interview covered technical concepts, project experience, problem-solving, teamwork, career goals, and general HR questions in a smooth, well-organized process.

Not too hard. Basic programming questions. Prepare the resume properly. Data structures and algorithms . The HR interview focus on your strength and weakness. Overall it was not too difficult.
