Not very strenuous. They ask basic questions about your field. Be sure of what writing in your resume as they can question you about it.
Its a 3 step process:
1) Online Aptitude test
2) Tech Interview
3) HR interview

The interview is very difficult. Mostly they asked about my projects and asked questions which I didnot mentioned in my resume. Asked about scenario based questions. The interview went upto an hour.
