The first phase is technical and stress round. In this round, questions will be easy, but they ask questions without giving time for you to answer. They try to confuse you as much as possible. After that HR round would be there. It is a bit simple if you are fluent in English. They would ask a puzzle. It is not that much hard. Even if you don't answer it, no problem but atleast try something.
