I had a huge respect for TATA group but TCS is really making it hard to keep up the respect. The interview process was easy and simple. After 5 days got a call from HR to submit documents. After 5 days all docs got verified. After 10 days got a call from HR for salary negotiation, now here is the catch. Before even scheduling the interview I made my expectations in terms of CTC very clear, and they agreed to it at that time, but during negotiation if you are not willing to lower your CTC as per their budget, forget about the job. The HR will ghost you and stop picking up your calls. All those efforts and waiting will be of no use. If TCS does not have the capability to give higher CTC just let the candidate know before wasting his time. This is very very unprofessional. I guess I will never ever even think of joining TCS after this. Even all of you, if hike doesn’t matters to you then you could join this organisation, other don’t have any expectations from this beggar Organisation
