had a hr call to fix a date for technical interview then on technical round where they asked about my experience my role and some question on my skills the interview went well but I didn't received any follow up mail regarding the interview its been 3 weeks now
No empathy towards employees
They are just kept as sheeps to shed wool from.
Interview was mediocre but the company was not ready to negotiate any other term.
Had to not take the opportunity because of some unnecessary rule
