basics are asked.. nothing in particular... actually they hire mostly to staff people in T&M mode, so they take 2 rounds of interview once initial screening followed by client discussion. Client discussion is final in body shopping projects. if client is satisfied, they take you... mostly look for associates who belong from similar work culture backgrounds...............
First round technical second round management third round HR. It is nice interacting with them…. Good one to share knowledge with each other…. Easy one can be cracked with better knowledge on the subject
