The interview process was surprisingly straightforward, comprised of three different rounds to assess my qualifications and fit for the role. These three rounds included a Human Resources interview to gauge my interpersonal skills and cultural fit, a Technical interview to evaluate my knowledge and expertise in the field, and a Managerial interview to assess my ability to problem-solve and lead effectively. Each round provided me with an opportunity to showcase my strengths and demonstrate why I am the right candidate for the position.
