Attended interview in TCS Ninja category. Technical, Managerial, and HR rounds were conducted at the same time. The whole interview lasted for about 20 minutes. Questions were fairly easy to answer. Most of the technical questions were just basic coding. More focus was given to your knowledge about the content mentioned in your resume. HR questions were also basic like "why should we hire you?", "Why TCS and not other IT companies?" etc.

Interview
Recruiting process overloaded by well detectable complexes, fears, irrational concerns and suspicions on your acceptance of the company shared by the interviewers. First you get a screening communication from the company's recruiter with the questions on your visa, nationality, base salary expectation, and notice period to book the interview. The interviewers are the recruiter, a team leader and a senior (L2, Tier 2) agent in the team, although the interview goes by an online video communicator it is solely done by an audio communication while all the interviewers remain with the webcams turned off by the whole talk as well they do not require your webcam to be turned on. The questions are focused on the company's fears that you will either not accept the job offer or leave them by an early termination. There is no focus on GDPR-protected information. The interview is pointless, finished after a few weeks by closing the position.

The interview process was three stages. First we had an online test, after that there was interview, there was only one round of interview. Questions asked were from core subjects and resume. The interview panel had three members, one from IT, one from software and one from HR.
