The interview process was good, but no proper updates from the team to understand what was happening. Even after followingup no response but later they have reached out back for the documents and details. May be they could have did it more faster. But the process was good.

So my TCS interview process for the HR Associate role was actually pretty straightforward. It started with my resume getting shortlisted, right after which they sent a link for an online test that mostly checked basic English and logical reasoning. Once I cleared that, I was called for the actual interview rounds. The panel asked me quite a few questions about basic HR concepts, how to handle common workplace situations, and just checked my general communication skills. The very last step was the standard HR round where we just discussed things like salary, joining dates, and whether I was okay with relocation, and after a few days, I got the final selection mail.

They asked me this situational question that completely caught me off guard:
"Imagine a high-performing employee is consistently logging in late and missing morning standups, but their output is excellent and they are hitting all their targets. As an HR Associate, how would you handle this without demotivating them or upsetting the rest of the team who follows the rules?"
