I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tate & Lyle
Interview
Had a phone screening interview with HR first. Then another phone interview with the hiring manager. After that another interview with various people at the company (people in the team I was interviewing for, and some senior roles such as CTO, R&D president). Got the results of the interviews in a couple of days. Overall speedy process.

very quick turnaround, the hr person was professional and helped through the whole process, the team I met with was nice. in person interview was half day long, meeting future team and did a half hour presentation
