Interviewed initially by Operations Senior VP, followed by other various VP's and directors. HR will also be included, All questions are very simmilar and all answers will be reviewed as a group.

The interview was swift and smooth. Unlike most organisations, this company did not request candidates to do assignment and go through lengthy and arduous interview process. The number of rounds was not that many too.
Standard phone interview followed by an onsite interview. The onsite experience was very disappointing as was the lack of any response following the interview. The lack of respect that was displayed during and after the interview was disappointing. Steer clear!
