Got to have lunch inbetwen session to get a to know people inbetween interview sessions. Interview was long so be prepared to talk alot and have plenty of questions to interview the people you are talking to.

Brief first round of interviews with a few technical questions. Intensive final round of interviews. There was a technical, leadership, and teamwork portion to the interview. Total interview was roughly 2 hours.
I met 3 groups of 3 interviewers, including the plant manager. The also included plant tour and lunch with engineering team. People were friendly and the interviewers were relaxed. A few days after I got a phone call for an offer from the hiring manager and I accepted after a few days.
