The interview process took place in 3 rounds. A written test, one on one and a Skype call will UK managers. The interview lasted about 30-40 mins each.
It was good. The recruiter was kind and understanding. She was also very patient when I was trying to answer . It was well structured . I am grateful for this opportunity I got.

Interview
1 HireView video recording and then 1 Zoom interview. Both asked many situational questions, the first less publishing-related explicitly and the second more so. Also asked basic competency-based questions about the office environment.

Tell me about a time that you had to manage customer expectations.
Around 4 rounds, including video screening, an hour-long test, an in-person interview, and a personality quiz. The test would essentially ask you to compose emails and write book blurbs. For the interview, use the STAR formula for answers!
