4 Interviews. 3 over skype and one face-to-face in Malta. I made it through all senior management but last interview was carried out in part by someone who would eventually report to me. It was obvious he wanted the position so thought I was not a good fit. Of course his observation overruled all the senior management observations and those of his colleagues.
