It was difficult. Mine lasted 2 hours. My interviewer was very nice. Be prepared! We started with the sample lesson and then we had the case study. Have a strong why if you’re decision to join teach for America. They want you to succeed!
The interview process was great, everyone was very kind and encouraging. I learned a lot in the process and it made me really think critically about why I wanted to be a teacher.
