Make sure you know information about TFA, zoom interview, five-minute presentation on TFA to the manager, engage with the manager, and ask questions. Additionally, there was prep time given before and feedback given afterward.
Did a phone interview, I found out I got the offer and joined the Chicago team for one summer. I worked with them for about 6 weeks after as a remote contract employee.
