An interview with a teaching portion, where you teach a lesson on your topic of choice. Followed by a standard behavioral / situational portion (helpful to cite past work experience).
I went through multiple rounds of interviews before being selected for the program. Everyone was friendly and helpful during the process. I was introduced to many different people working in my state's chapter which was nice.
Ultimately, I decided to end my work with TFA after realizing that the program was not in alignment with my views. This is not a program for everyone and that's alright.
