During the interview, they stated that it is not a salaried position, despite that being their biggest selling point in advertisements. The company even responded to my comment on another site saying this was untrue; the man that interviewed me told me the amount posted on the site as a salary, is the annualized salary. This is the amount you could make if you worked every day within a school year, and he stated that this almost never happens. If you do not work because you aren't offered a job that day, you do not get paid. That is not a salary.
They also stated that following the interview there would be a week of training, but the times I had been told were completely inaccurate and caused me to have to reschedule things repeatedly. Poor communication.
