it was easy. we were asked common questions. I was hired quickly. Orientation followed. We were in a group interview. phone interview came first. I would not recommend this to anyone unless you are in very desperate need and already have a place to live.

I would like to thank TRU for offering me Employment Opportunity…I would like to highlight their Interviewing Process. First, everyone at the office was super nice. I completed two interviews. One over the phone and the next was face-to-face. I was excited to know that they do have a process in place to not just hire anyone. A lot of Temp agencies have no requirements; they take any and every one. TRU, gets to know their potential employees in a “Group Interaction”, which allows us engagement w/the facilitator. We are allowed to ask all question and we don’t feel rushed. This is a thorough agency that provides its clients w/good qualified teachers and I am happy to be apart.
